WARRANTY POLICY
Limited Warranty Coverage
At GADGETLOUNGE.CA, we stand behind the quality of our open-box and refurbished products. All eligible products sold by Gadget Lounge include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering functional electronic defects under normal personal use.
This warranty applies only to electronic or hardware-related malfunctions and does not include manufacturer warranty coverage unless specifically stated otherwise.
Physical Damage Reporting
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any physical damage, including but not limited to:
- Cracked screens
- Dents
- Broken parts
- Shipping damage
- Missing items or accessories
Must be reported to Gadget Lounge within 14 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after the 14-day inspection period may not be accepted.

What Is Covered
Our limited warranty covers:
Electronic or hardware malfunctions,
- Functional defects occurring during normal use,
- Internal component failures not caused by external damage.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Water or liquid damage
- Physical or accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Neglect
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Normal wear and tear
- Power surges or environmental damage.
Open-box and refurbished products may contain minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.
Warranty Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Gadget Lounge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide store credit
- Issue a refund.
Warranty solutions are determined based on product availability, condition, and the nature of the issue.
Return Requirements
To qualify for warranty service, all returned items must include:
- Original packaging
- Accessories
- Cables
- Manuals (if included)
- All originally supplied components.
Products returned incomplete may be denied warranty service or may be subject to additional fees.
Restocking Fee
Returns requested without a verified defect or without warranty approval may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, where permitted by applicable law.
Final Sale Policy
All products are sold “as is,” and all sales are final unless otherwise required under applicable provincial or federal consumer protection laws.
Consumer Rights
This warranty policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Where such laws provide additional rights or remedies, those rights shall prevail.

GADGETLOUNGE.CA reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase shall apply.
